水泥基灌浆材料在结构加固改造领域的应用探讨

    摘要:通过对水泥基灌浆材料相关材料标准和应用技术规程的梳理,结合工程实际应用情况的观察分析,对照加固结构构件的安全性、耐久性要求,研究了水泥基灌浆材料在结构加固改造领域的应用利弊。结果表明:结构加固改造中除充分利用水泥基灌浆材料具有的高流动性、早强、高强、微膨胀、无毒等特性,解决加固构件钢筋密集部位的浇捣施工难题,节约工期外,还应注意其在固化过程中产生的温度裂缝和收缩裂缝,同时建议应对水泥基灌浆材料的弹性模量与被加固构件的弹性模量匹配问题、长期荷载作用下的徐变情况等进行深入研究,以确保被加固结构构件的安全性与耐久性。

Discussion on application of cement-based grouting material in structural reinforcement and reconstruction

    Abstract:In order to study the advantages and disadvantages of the application of cement-based grouting materials in the field of structural reinforcement and reconstruction its relevant material standards and application technical specifications and regulations was sorted out. Moreover,the paper combines observation and analyses of actual projects and safety and durabilily requirements of reinforced components are compared. The results show that:during structural reinforcement and reconstruction,fully utilizing cement-based grouting material's high fluidity,early strength,high strength,micro expansion,non-toxicity and other features,tackling the difficulties of pouring and tamping construction in the densely-reinforced parts of reinforced components,and reducing the construction time,people should pay attention to the temperature cracks and shrinkage cracks which are generated in the solidification process. This paper also calls for more in-depth research into the matching issue between the elastic modulus of cement-based grouting materials and that of the reinforced parts,the creep effect due to long-term load and other relevant issues,for the sake of maintaining the safety and durability of the reinforced structural parts.
