装配式建筑用硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的开发及性能研究

摘要：开发了一款常温生产的单组分硅烷改性聚醚密封胶。试验结果表明，采用30份活性纳米碳酸钙作为抗流挂剂，2份乙烯基硅烷作为除水剂，0.1份复配催化剂[m（辛酸亚锡）∶m（双吗啉胺）=2∶8]，可制得触变性好、回弹率高、表干快、黏度低和耐候性优良的单组分硅烷改性聚醚（MS）密封胶，适合装配式建筑拼接缝的防水密封。

Development and performance research of silane modified polyether sealant for prefabricated buildings

Abstract：This paper developed a one-component silane modified polyether sealant produced at room temperature. The test results show that using 30 parts of active nano-calcium carbonate as anti-sag agent，using 2 parts of vinyl silane as water scavenger，and using 0.1 part of stannous octoate and bimorpholine amine compound catalyst（2∶8），a one-component MS sealant with good thixotropy，high elastic recovery，fast surface drying，low viscosity and excellent weather resistance can be obtained，which is suitable for waterproof sealing of prefabricated building joints.
