富水地区地铁车站基坑注浆结石体抗渗性能试验研究

    摘要:通过试验研究了水泥-水玻璃结石体、浆-土结石体以及浆-岩结石体的抗渗性能,分析了水灰比、水玻璃体积掺量等因素影响下结石体抗渗性能的变化规律,得到最优浆液配比。研究表明,当水灰比为1,浆液中水玻璃的体积掺量为30%时,水泥-水玻璃结石体、浆-土结石体以及浆-岩结石体的抗渗系数分别为6.54×10-9、1.80×10-8、5.56×10-9 cm/s,水泥-水玻璃浆液结石体呈现出良好的抗渗性能。水灰比与浆液中水玻璃体积掺量是影响结石体抗渗性能的主要因素,较大的水灰比与水玻璃体积掺量所制成的浆液含水量高,无法形成足够的水化产物充填结石体内部,导致结石体抗渗系数增大。

Experimental study on seepage resistance of grouting stone in foundation pit of metro station in water abundant area

    Abstract:The impermeability of cement-silicate grout stone,grout-soil stone and grout-rock stone are studied through experiments, and the variation law of stone impermeability under the influence of factors such as water-cement ratio and the ratio of silicate is analyzed. The optimal grout ratio is obtained. The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 1 and the proportion of silicate in grout is 30%,the impermeability coefficients of cement-silicate stone,grout-soil stone and grout-rock stone are 6.54×10-9,1.80×10-8,and 5.56×10-9 cm/s,cement-silicate grout stone shows good impermeability. The water-cement ratio and the proportion of silicate in the grout are the main factors affecting the impermeability of the grouting stone. The grout made of large water-cement ratio and the ratio of silicate has high water content,which cannot form enough hydration products to fill the interior of the stone body,resulting in the increase of the permeability coefficient of the grouting stone.
