砖混固废再生集料在城镇道路路基及基层中的应用

    摘要:为拓展砖混固废在城镇道路中的应用范围,针对砖混固废道路应用的实际问题,基于预分拣及差别化利用的思路,制定了砖混固废再生集料在城镇道路路基及基层中应用的方案,开展了不同砖混比例再生集料的颗粒级配、CBR和压碎值试验以及不同级配组合再生水泥稳定基层材料的7 d无侧限抗压强度和抗压回弹模量试验;同时应用于藕花洲大街东延工程的路基和基层中验证其路用性能。室内试验和工程应用实测数据表明:随着再生砖集料含量增加,再生集料的力学性能降低;再生集料应用于路基层时,可适当增大再生砖集料的含量;再生集料应用于骨架密实型水稳基层时,宜将再生砖集料应用于细集料中。

Application of brick concrete solid recycled aggregates in urban road subgrade and base

    Abstract:In order to expand the application scope of brick and concrete solid waste in urban roads,aiming at the practical problems of the application of brick and concrete solid waste roads,this paper formulates the scheme of brick and concrete solid waste recycled aggregates in urban road subgrade and base on the ideas of pre-sorting and differential utilization,and carries out the particle grading of recycled aggregates,CBR test and crushing value tests with different brick and concrete proportions,and 7 d unconfined compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus tests of recycled cement stabilized base materials with different grading combinations. At the same time,the recycled aggregates were applied in the subgrade and base course of the East extension project of Ouhuazhou street to verify their road performance. The measured data of indoor test and engineering application show that with the increase of recycled brick aggregates content,the mechanical properties of recycled aggregates weaken. When recycled aggregates were applied to road base,the proportion of recycled brick aggregates can be appropriately increased. When recycled aggregates are applied to framework dense water stabilized base course,recycled brick aggregates should be applied to fine aggregates.
