废弃玻璃再生细骨料在混凝土中的应用研究

    摘要:对废弃玻璃制成的再生细骨料进行碱集料反应试验,并将其以不同取代率取代机制砂配制C20~C50混凝土,研究了混凝土的拌合物性能、力学性能和耐久性能变化。结果表明:废弃玻璃再生细骨料在常规水泥低碱含量下不会发生碱集料反应,无潜在的碱-硅酸反应危害;在取代率≤40%时,废弃玻璃再生细骨料配制的C20~C50混凝土各龄期抗压强度、抗压强度耐蚀系数、抗碳化性能、动弹性模量与基准混凝土相当,而保坍性能总体优于基准混凝土;在取代率≤40%时,掺废弃玻璃再生细骨料的C30混凝土其抗氯离子渗透性能比基准混凝土差,而C50混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能则好于基准混凝土;在取代率≤30%时,C30混凝土的收缩率与基准混凝土基本相当;在取代率≤20%时,C50混凝土的收缩率与基准混凝土基本相当。

Study on application of recycled fine aggregate from waste glass in concrete

    Abstract:The alkali aggregate reaction test of recycled fine aggregate made of waste glass was carried out,and C20~C50 concrete was prepared by replacing machine-made sand with different replacement rates. The changes of mixture properties,mechanical properties and durability of concrete were studied. The results show that glass recycled fine aggregate will not have alkali aggregate reaction under the low alkali content of conventional cement,and there is no potential harm of alkali silica reaction. When the replacement rate is≤40%,the compressive strength,compressive strength corrosion resistance coefficient,carbonation resistance and dynamic elastic modulus of C20~C50 concrete prepared with glass recycled fine aggregate at each age are equivalent to those of the reference concrete,while the slump retention performance is generally better than that of the reference concrete. When the replacement rate is ≤40%,the anti-chloride ion permeability of C30 concrete mixed with glass recycled fine aggregate is worse than that of the reference concrete,while the anti-chloride ion permeability of C50 concrete is better than that of the reference concrete. When the substitution rate is≤30%,the shrinkage rate of C30 concrete is basically equivalent to that of reference concrete. When the substitution rate is≤20%,the shrinkage rate of C50 concrete is basically equivalent to that of the reference concrete.
