铜渣粉的制备及其在超高性能混凝土中的应用研究

    摘要:超高性能混凝土(UHPC)成本高极大地限制了该材料的规模化应用,开发绿色UHPC是解决成本高问题的有效方式。铜渣为工业废弃物,且质地坚硬,是开发绿色低成本UHPC的理想材料。选用六偏磷酸钠、氢氧化钠和三乙醇胺作为助磨剂制备铜渣粉,将铜渣粉作为辅助胶凝材料、以原状铜渣作为细骨为制备绿色UHPC。试验研究了助磨剂对铜渣粉颗粒性质的影响,以及铜渣粉掺量、铜渣细骨料掺量和养护制度对UHPC强度的影响,从而确定绿色UHPC优化组成。试验结果表明:六偏磷酸钠助磨效果最优,掺量不超过3.0%时助磨效果提升显著;铜渣作为细骨料的UHPC强度优于石英砂,且硅灰掺加不低于10.0%。

Study of copper slag powder preparing and its application in ultra-high performance concrete

    Abstract:The high cost of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) greatly limits the large-scale application of this materials. Developing green UHPC technology is an effective way to solve the high cost problem,copper slag is massive industrial waste with hard texture,making it an ideal material for the development of green,low-cost UHPC. In this paper,sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium hydroxide and triethanolamine were selected as grinding aids to prepare copper slag micro powder as supplementary cementitious materials,and take the original copper slag as fine aggregate to prepare green UHPC. This paper investigated the effect of grinding aids on particle characteristics of copper slag micro powder,and effect of content of copper slag micro powder and copper slag fine aggregate and curing procedure on strength of UHPC by experiment to determine the optimal compositions of green UHPC.The experimental results show that the best grinding effect is sodium hexametaphosphate,and the grinding effect is significantly improved when the content is less than 3.0%. The UHPC strength of copper slag as fine aggregate is better than that of quartz sand,and the addition of silica fume is not less than 10.0%.
