在建筑美学和绿建要求约束下的给排水设计

    摘要:某超高层建筑用地紧凑、建筑外立面美观度要求高且有建筑绿建三星要求。在这些严苛条件约束下,通过因地制宜地采取冷却塔设置在超高层塔楼屋顶、水景与雨水收集回用系统一体化、太阳能与建筑一体化这3项措施,同步实现了高建筑美学要求、高绿建需求及合理的机电功能需求这3个目标。在项目设计过程中,针对将建筑、技术、美学融为一体实现多赢方面进行了一些独特的思考和实践,其中采取的措施及技术细节可以为其他类似项目提供借鉴参考。

Plumbing system design under the constraints of architectural aesthetics and green building requirements

    Abstract:A super high-rise building has compact land,high requirements for building facade aesthetics and three-star standard of green building. Under these harsh conditions, the three goals of high building aesthetics,high green building demand and reasonable mechanical and electrical function demand have been achieved simultaneously by appropriately taking three measures:setting the cooling tower on the roof of super high-rise tower,integrating the waterscape and rainwater collection and reuse system,and integrating solar energy and buildings. In the process of project design,some unique thoughts and practices have been carried out on the integration of architecture,technology and aesthetics to achieve win-win results. The measures and technical details can provide reference for other similar projects.
