深圳某应急国际酒店绿色建筑设计策略

摘要：深圳某应急国际酒店（以下简称国际酒店）为抗疫抢险救灾项目，但所有建设要求均按常规项目标准来实施，该建筑的设计、施工、建造、运行均需满足国家绿色建筑相关要求，其复杂的建设条件给绿色建筑设计带来了挑战。针对工期紧、工程量大等特点，国际酒店从项目初始优化了绿色建筑实施路径，结合项目实际情况开展绿色建筑策划，同时选用适宜性技术落实整个绿色建筑设计，最终该项目设计预评价达到GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》规定的绿色建筑二星级要求。

Green building design strategy of an emergency international hotel in Shenzhen

Abstract：An emergency international hotel in Shenzhen（hereinafter referred to as the International Hotel） is an anti-epidemic，emergency and disaster relief project，but all construction requirements are implemented according to the standard of conventional projects. The design，construction，erection and operation of the building shall meet the relevant requirements of the national green building，its complex construction conditions have brought challenges to green building design. According to the characteristics of tight construction period and large quantities，the International Hotel optimized the implementation path of green building from the beginning of the project，carried out green building planning in combination with the actual situation of the project，and selected appropriate technologies to implement the whole green building design. Finally，the design pre-evaluation of the project reached the two stars of green building as specified in national standard GB/T 50378—2019 "Assessment standard for green building".
