“双碳”目标下近零能耗建筑的节能性探索

摘要:我国应全球气候变化提出“双碳”目标,因地制宜地加快发展近零能耗建筑,能有效降低建筑业耗能和碳排放量。阐述了近零能耗建筑的起源、定义与发展背景,解释建筑具有的气候性与节能性等技术特征,分析区域气候影响下的节能空间形态与可再生材料2种绿色建筑元素,结合示范性的既有案例分析在严寒及寒冷地区实现近零能耗建筑的做法。旨在推动建筑领域中绿色节能低碳型建筑的实践与发展。

Exploration on energy conservation of near zero energy consumption buildings under the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"

Abstract:In response to global climate change,China has put forward the strategic goal of "carbon peaking and caron neutrality" and accelerated the development of near-zero energy consumption buildings according to local conditions,which can effectively reduce the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the building industry. By expounding the origin,definition and development background of near-zero energy buildings,explaining the technical features of buildings such as climate and energy saving,and extracting and analyzing two elements of green building,energy-saving space form and renewable materials under the influence of regional climate. It is combined with an exemplary existing case to describe how to achieve near-zero energy consumption buildings in severe cold and cold regions. It aims to promote the practice and development of green,energy-saving and low-carbon buildings in the field of architecture.
