老旧小区住宅建筑使用安全问题及对策研究

摘要：为了解浙江省老旧小区住宅建筑安全使用现状，通过对老旧小区住宅建筑形成的历史、当前使用管理的状况调研分析，指出其在使用安全上存在的主要问题，并进行了原因分析，从技术、管理上提出解决这些问题的对策建议。

A study on the safety issues of buildings in old residential areas and their resolutions

Abstract：In order to understand the current situation of safe use of old residential buildings in Zhejiang Province，through investigating and analyzing the history of the formation of old residential buildings and their current use and management conditions，the author points out the main safety issues，analyzes their causes，and puts forward strategies to resolve these issues both in terms of technology and management.
