高粘抗滑水性沥青防水涂料的研究

摘要：以阴离子乳化沥青为基础原料制备了高粘抗滑水性沥青防水涂料，研究了聚合物乳液、粉体填料、增稠剂和消泡剂对防水涂料理化性能的影响，分析了防水涂料与防水卷材复合应用的优势。结果表明：丙烯酸乳液与氯丁胶乳复配使用，防水涂料的粘结强度和延伸率最优；重钙作为主体填料，易于分散又使防水涂料具备适宜的内聚强度和光泽，且储存稳定较好；增稠剂搭配使用，防水涂料的粘稠度和抗流挂性较为理想；将矿物油消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂按2∶1复配使用，具有良好消泡效果的同时表面无浮油；防水涂料与沥青基防水卷材粘结性能优异，立面抗滑移能力强，在干燥、潮湿基面上均可使用。

Study on water-based asphalt coating with high adhesive and anti-sliding

Abstract：Using anionic emulsified asphalt as the basic raw material，the water-based asphalt coating with high adhesive and anti-sliding was prepared，and the influence of polymer emulsion，powder filler，thickener and defoamer on the physical and chemical properties of the coating，as well as the advantages of the composite application of the coating and the coil have been studied. The results show that：when acrylic emulsion is used in combination with neoprene latex，the bonding strength and elongation of the coating are the highest. As the main filler，heavy calcium is easy to disperse and makes the waterproof coating have suitable cohesive strength and gloss，and has good storage stability. The consistency and anti-sagging properties of the product are more ideal when the thickener is used in combination. The mineral oil defoamer and silicone defoamer are used in a 2∶1 ratio to achieve good defoaming and no oil slick on the surface. In addition，the coating has excellent adhesion with asphalt-based coils，and has strong anti-slip ability on the facade. It can be used on dry and wet base surfaces.
