Ce3+和Fe3+共掺杂CaAl2O4高近红外反射颜料的制备与表征

    摘要:离子掺杂能够调谐颜料的反射性能和颜色。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列新型低毒的Fe3+、Ce3+共掺杂Ca1-xCexAl2-yFeyO4(x=0、0.15;y=0.15、0.25、0.35)高近红外反射无机颜料。采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外/可见/近红外光谱仪及Color CIE色度分析软件对所合成复合颜料的晶体结构、微观形貌、光学性质(反射性能)和颜色等进行了表征。XRD分析表明,煅烧温度为1100 ℃时,所合成的样品为磷石英结构;光学性能分析表明,随着Fe3+掺杂量的增加,颜料的颜色由白色逐渐变为黄色再变为深棕色。Fe3+、Ce3+共掺杂所制备的颜料在780~2500 nm波长范围内具有较高的近红外反射率(NIR≥61.5%)。该Ca1-xCexAl2-yFeyO4“冷”颜料粉体在建筑涂料等方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Preparation and characterization of near-infrared reflective pigments based on Ce3+ and Fe3+ co-doped CaAl2O4

    Abstract:Ion doping can tune the reflectivity and color properties of pigments. In this paper,a series of novel low-toxic high near-infrared reflectance Ca1-xCexAl2-yFeyO4(x=0、0.15;y=0.15、0.25、0.35) inorganic pigment co-doped with Fe3+ and Ce3+ was prepared by sol-gel method. The crystal structure,micro-structure,optical properties(reflectance properties) and color performance of the synthesized composite were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),UV/VIS/NIR spectroscopy and Color CIE chromaticity analysis software. X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrates that the synthesized sample is phosphorus quartz structure when the calcination temperature is 1100 ℃. The analysis of optical properties shows that with the increase of the doping amount of Fe3+,the color of the pigment sample gradually changes from white to yellow and then to dark brown. Fe3+ and Ce3+ co-doped pigments possess high near-infrared solar reflectance(NIR≥61.5%) in the wavelength range of 780~2500 nm. Therefore,the synthesized Ca1-xCexAl2-yFeyO4 powder have great promising in serving as cool pigments for architectural coatings.
