橡胶-硅藻土复合改性沥青混合料抗水侵蚀性能研究

    摘要:在前期硅藻精土最佳掺量13%的基础上,在改性沥青中分别复掺0、11%、13%、15%、17%、19%、21%的废橡胶粉,采用旋转压实的方式成型混合料试样,分别进行(浸水)马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水车辙试验。结果表明:当废橡胶粉掺量为17%时,改性沥青混合料的浸水马歇尔残留稳定度达到峰值,冻融劈裂强度比达到最大,较单掺13%硅藻精土改性沥青混合料提高了13%;当废橡胶粉掺量不大于19%时,浸水车辙试验改性沥青混合料的变形量较单掺13%硅藻精土的减小,动稳定度增大。说明复掺废橡胶粉能提高改性沥青混合料的综合性能,其中以13%硅藻精土与17%废橡胶粉复合改性沥青混合料的综合性能最佳。

Research on water erosion resistance performance of rubber-diatom composite modified asphalt mixture

    Abstract:On the basis of the optimal dosage of 13% diatomaceous earth in the previous stage,0,11%,13%,15%,17%,19% and 21% dosage of waste rubber powder were added to the modified asphalt respectively. The mixture samples were formed by compaction,and the(water immersion) Marshall test,the freeze-thaw splitting test and the water immersion rutting test were carried out respectively. The results show that when the waste rubber powder content is 17%,the Marshall residual stability of the modified asphalt mixture reaches the peak value,and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio reaches the maximum,which is 13% higher than that of the modified asphalt mixture with 13% diatomite earth alone. When the content of waste rubber powder is not more than 19%,the deformation of the modified asphalt mixture in the water rutting test is lower than that with 13% diatomite earth alone,and the dynamic stability is increased. It shows that compounding waste rubber powder can improve the comprehensive performance of modified asphalt mixture,and the comprehensive performance of modified asphalt mixture with 13% diatomite earth and 17% waste rubber powder is the best.
