3D打印水泥基材料的可挤出性表征方法

    摘要:无模快速成型使3D打印水泥基材料具有十分广阔的发展前景,打印材料的性能测试是3D打印技术的重要一环。在不同水灰比和胶砂比下,采用输送试验、稠度试验和可挤出率对3D打印水泥基材料的可挤出性进行表征。结果表明:输送长度与可挤出性呈正相关;当稠度在4 cm以上时,砂浆具有良好的可挤出性;稠度损失至无法满足可挤出性的时间均在25 min以上,满足打印小型建筑构件的需求;用可挤出率试验表征可挤出性具有科学性和准确性,且当可挤出率大于70%时,水泥基材料具有良好的可挤出性。

Characterization of extrudability of 3D printing cement-based materials

    Abstract:3D printing cement-based materials have a very broad development prospect due to the rapid prototyping without mold. The performance test of printing materials is an important part of 3D printing technology. The extrudability of 3D printing materials was characterized by conveying test,consistency test and extrudability under different the ratio of water to cement and the ratio of cement to sand. The results show that there is a positive correlation between conveying length and extrudability. When the consistency is above 4 cm,the mortar has good extrudability. The time from consistency loss to extrudability is more than 25 minutes,which can meet the needs of printing small building components. It is scientific and accurate to use the extrusion rate to characterize the extrudability,and when the extrusion rate is more than 70%,the cement-based materials have good extrudability.
