石墨烯增强石膏建筑材料的制备及性能影响研究

    摘要:针对石膏建筑材料在装配式建筑中的应用问题,通过正交试验研究了水膏比、减水剂掺量、石墨烯掺量及其分散时间4个因素对石墨烯增强石膏建筑材料抗压强度及微观形貌的影响,定量计算了各因素对抗压强度的影响程度,并对其微观形貌进行分析。结果表明:正交试验得到的最优方案为水膏比0.44、石墨烯掺量0.15%、减水剂掺量0.15%、石墨烯分散时间20 min,体系的7 d抗压强度为28.63 MPa;4个因素对石膏建筑材料抗压强度的影响程度为:水膏比>石墨烯分散时间>减水剂掺量>石墨烯掺量。

Research on preparation and properties of graphene reinforced gypsum building materials

    Abstract:In view of the application of gypsum building materials in prefabricated buildings,the effects of four factors(water paste ratio,water reducer dosage,graphene dosage and dispersion time) on the compressive strength and micro morphology of graphene reinforced gypsum building materials were studied by orthogonal test,and the influence of various factors on the compressive strength was calculated quantitatively,and the micro morphology was analyzed. The results show that:the optimal scheme obtained by orthogonal test is water paste ratio of 0.44,graphene dosage of 0.15%,water reducer dosage of 0.15%,graphene dispersion time of 20 min,and the compressive strength of 7 d is 28.63 MPa,the influence degree of four factors on the mechanical strength of gypsum based building materials is:water paste ratio>graphene dispersion time>water reducer dosage>graphene dosage.
