麦芽糊精对石膏自流平材料性能的影响及工程应用

    摘要:对麦芽糊精在石膏自流平材料中应用的可行性进行研究。通过单因素试验对比不同DE值麦芽糊精及其掺量对石膏自流平材料流动度保持性、凝结时间的影响,确定麦芽糊精最佳DE值;通过单因素试验研究麦芽糊精掺量对石膏自流平材料收缩率变化、稳定性及不同DE值麦芽糊精对石膏浆体凝结硬化表面的影响,确定麦芽糊精掺量。结果表明,当麦芽糊精DE值为12%,掺量为0.018%时,可与纤维素醚共同作为保水剂组分,取代部分纤维素醚,取代率为10%。工程应用表明,该成品石膏自流平材料流动度大,施工方便,泵送效率高,硬化表面平整度高,可应用于大型工程施工。

Effect of maltodextrin on properties of gypsum self-leveling material and its engineering application

    Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the feasibility of maltodextrin as an admixture in gypsum self-leveling material. Single factor test was conducted to compare the effects of different DE values of maltodextrin and its dosage on the fluidity retention and setting time of gypsum self-leveling material to determine the best DE value of maltodextrin. The influence of maltodextrin content on shrinkage change and stability of gypsum self-leveling material and the influence of maltodextrin content on condensation and hardening surface of gypsum slurry with different DE value was studied by single factor test. The results showed that maltodextrin and cellulose ether could replace part of cellulose ether as water retaining agent when DE value and dosage were 12% and 0.018%,respectively. The substitution rate was 10%. The engineering application shows that the finished gypsum self-leveling material has high fluidity,convenient construction,high pumping efficiency and high flatness of hardened surface,which can be used in large-scale engineering construction.
