硅质轻型墙板材料受压性能试验研究

    摘要:GLC硅质轻型墙板是一种新型的复合墙板,为研究其发泡水泥芯材和砂浆的受压性能,进行了4组24块标准试件单轴受压试验,得到了芯材和砂浆试件的破坏形态、全曲线特征、峰值应力、峰值应变、弹性模量,给出材料的应力-应变曲线方程。结果表明:砂浆与芯材的破坏形态主要是劈裂破坏,两者单轴受压应力-应变全曲线下降段有所不同,通过理论分析提出砂浆和芯材两段式本构方程,理论研究曲线与试验曲线吻合良好;求得GLC墙板试件抗压承载力及弹性模量计算公式,为墙板模拟提供依据。

Experimental study on compressive performance of GLC silicon lightweight wallboard material

    Abstract:GLC silicon lightweight wallboard is a new type of composite wallboard. In order to study the compressive properties of the foamed cement core material and mortar,4 sets of 24 standard specimens were subjected to uniaxial compression tests,and the failure morphology,full curve characteristics,peak stress and peak value strain and elastic modulus of the core material and mortar specimens were obtained. Then the stress-strain curve equation of the material was proposed. The results show that the failure mode of mortar and core material is mainly split failure,and the lower part of the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve of the two is different. Through theoretical analysis,a two-stage constitutive equation for mortar and core material is put forward. Theoretical research curve is in good agreement with the test curve; finally,the calculation formula for compressive bearing capacity and elastic modulus of GLC wall panel specimens are obtained,which provides a basis for wallboard simulation.
