硅基气凝胶板在不同湿度下的物理力学性能研究

    摘要:在温度20 ℃,湿度分别为0、30%、90% 3种条件下,研究吸湿饱和后的硅基气凝胶板物理力学性能随环境湿度的变化规律。结果表明:湿度提高会降低气凝胶板的抗弯性能,但会提高其受弯时的延性,相同湿度下气凝胶板的抗弯性能与其受力方向密切相关;压缩位移小于0.3d(厚度)时,气凝胶板在各湿度下的压缩变形均表现为线弹性,其压缩性能随着湿度的增大而降低;湿度的增大会加大气凝胶板的振动质量损失,但质量损失中水分和水蒸气的流失占比较大,气凝胶粉体颗粒的脱落量变化不大。

Physical and mechanical properties of silicon-based aerogel plates at different humidity

    Abstract:The changes of physical and mechanical properties of silicon-based aerogel plates with ambient humidity were studied under the conditions of temperature 20 ℃ and humidity 0,30% and 90%. The results show that the increase of humidity will reduce the bending capacity of aerogel plate,but will improve its ductility under bending. The bending capacity of aerogel plate is closely related to its stress direction under the same humidity;When the compression displacement is less than 0.3d,the compression deformation of the aerogel plate under each humidity is linear elastic,and its compression performance decreases with the increase of humidity;The increase of humidity will increase the vibration mass loss of the aerogel plate,but the loss of water and steam accounts for a large proportion of the mass loss,and the shedding amount of aerogel powder particles has little change.
