地下室防水混凝土侧墙开裂分析及控制

    摘要:介绍了某建筑工程地下室侧墙的早期开裂特征,通过其开裂规律研究、抗压强度、钢筋模板支撑体系和结构实体应变数据分析等论证了裂缝的类型,其中拆模时出现的裂缝大多为混凝土早期受到钢筋扰动所致,贯穿裂缝为叠加收缩开裂。实践表明:通过合理设计分段浇筑长度、优化浇筑顺序、提高钢筋模板稳固性、采用镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂配制补偿收缩混凝土、预埋温度应变监测装置和改进养护方案等一系列技术措施,改善了该地下侧墙结构的自防水性能,使该项目裂缝得到有效控制。

Analysis and control of cracking of basement waterproof concrete side wall

    Abstract:This paper introduces the early cracking characteristics of the basement side wall of a building project. The types of cracks are demonstrated through the study of cracking law,the test of compressive strength,the analysis of reinforced formwork support system and the analysis of structural entity strain data,most of the cracks are caused by the disturbance of steel bars in early concrete,the penetrating crack is superimposed shrinkage crack. The practice shows that a series of technical measures,such as reasonable design of segmental pouring length,optimization of pouring sequence,strengthening of reinforcing steel formwork,preparation of compensating shrinkage concrete with magnesium high performance concrete crack resistance agent,embedment of temperature strain monitoring device and improvement of curing scheme,can control the cracks of the project and improve the self-waterproofing performance of the basement side wall structure.
