富水地区地铁衬砌壁后注浆防渗加固试验研究

    摘要:为了提高富水地区地铁盾构隧道衬砌壁后注浆加固效果,以粉煤灰、S95级高炉矿渣微粉及钢渣微粉等工业废渣为胶凝材料,添加Na2SiO3激发剂,配制了新型碱激发剂注浆料,并与传统水泥基注浆料的性能进行对比。结果表明:为了兼顾碱激发注浆材料的工作性能和硬化性能,建议最佳液固比(激发剂与工业废渣质量比)为1.0;注浆料的干缩应变在早期呈快速增长,后期则呈缓慢增长的变化特征,碱激发注浆料的体积稳定性略低于传统水泥基注浆料;碱激发注浆料生成的低Ca/Si比胶凝产物较水泥基注浆料的稳定性更好,受水溶蚀作用的影响更小;碱激发注浆料的抗盐侵蚀性能优于水泥基注浆料,适用于复杂水环境下的注浆加固施工。

Experimental study on grouting anti-seepage reinforcement behind subway lining wall in water rich area

    Abstract:In order to improve the grouting reinforcement effect behind the lining wall of Metro Shield Tunnel in water rich area,a new alkali activator grouting material was prepared by taking fly ash,S95 grade blast furnace slag micro powder and steel slag micro powder as cementitious materials and adding Na2SiO3 activator,and the performance was compared with the traditional cement-based grouting material. The results show that in order to give consideration to the working performance and hardening performance of alkali activated grouting material,the optimal liquid-solid ratio is suggested to be 1.0. The dry shrinkage strain of grouting material increases rapidly in the early stage and slowly in the later stage. The volume stability of alkali excited grouting material is slightly worse than that of traditional cement-based grouting material. The gelled products with low Ca/Si ratio produced by alkali activated grouting materials have better stability than cement-based grouting materials and are less affected by water dissolution. The salt erosion resistance of alkali activated grouting material is stronger than that of cement-based grouting material,which can be used for grouting reinforcement construction in complex water environment.
