水泥基材料裂缝自修复剂对比试验研究

摘要:为了研究水泥基材料自修复剂的实际应用效果和作用机理,采用荷载损伤恢复法和水压渗透性恢复法,对硅酸盐水泥空白试样和 3种分别掺加了国内外自修复剂产品的试样进行了对比试验研究,并对自修复效果进行了评价。利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR等手段分析了自修复剂中的活性物质,并对自修复剂作用下的水化产物进行了分析,基于微观分析结果对水泥基材料自修复作用机理进行了探究。

Comparative experimental study on crack self-healing agent of cement-based materials

Abstract:In order to explore the actual effect and mechanism of self-healing agent for cement-based materials,the load loss recovery method and water pressure impermeability recovery method were used to conduct a comparative experimental study on the blank sample of Portland cement and three kinds of self-healing agent products in China and abroad,and the effect was evaluated. The active substances in various self-healing agents were analyzed by XRD,SEM and FT-IR,and the hydration products under the action of self-healing agents were analyzed. Based on the results of microscopic analysis,the mechanism of self-healing of cement-based materials was explored.
