降黏型复合矿物掺合料对C60超高泵送混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:C60超高泵送混凝土对拌合物性能、力学性能和耐久性能的技术要求较高。为配制出满足C60超高泵送技术要求的混凝土,试验研究了降黏型复合矿物掺合料对C60超高泵送混凝土的工作性、抗压强度及耐久性的影响。结果表明:当降黏型复合矿物掺合料取代水泥占胶凝材料总质量的6%~9%时,混凝土的泵送性能显著提升,早期抗压强度略有降低,后期抗压强度有所提高,抗碳化性能、抗渗性能及抗氯离子渗透性能均有所提高。

Effect of viscosity-reducing composite mineral admixtures on the performance of C60 ultra-high pumping concrete

    Abstract:C60 ultra-high pumping concrete has higher technical requirements for concrete mixture,mechanics and durability.In order to prepare concrete meeting the technical requirements of C60 ultra-high pumping,the effects of viscosity-reducing composite mineral admixtures on the workability,compressive strength and durability of C60 ultra-high pumping concrete were experimentally studied.The results show that when the viscosity-reducing composite mineral admixture replaces cement by 6%~9% of the cementitious material,the pumping performance of concrete is significantly improved,the early compressive strength is slightly reduced,and the late compressive strength is improved. The carbonation resistance,permeability resistance and chloride ion permeability resistance are improved.
