预制构件用超早强免蒸养混凝土的研制

    摘要:进行了预制构件用超早强免蒸养混凝土的配合比试验,分析了SBT-510超早强剂、CSP-12早强型高效减水剂以及粉煤灰、矿粉等对混凝土早期强度和工作性能的影响。结果表明:采用0.31水胶比,复掺3.0%的SBT-510超早强剂和1.5%的CSP-12早强型高效减水剂时,能显著提高混凝土的早期强度,在自然养护条件下,混凝土12 h抗压强度最高可达到36 MPa,在11 ℃养护条件下,12 h抗压强度也可达到15 MPa;双掺10%粉煤灰和10%矿粉不但有利于混凝土早期强度的提高,还可改善混凝土工作性能、降低水泥用量。

Preparation of super-early strength precast concrete without steam curing

    Abstract:This paper studies the mix proportion of super-early strength precast concrete without steam curing. The effects of SBT-510 super early strength agent,CSP-12 polycarboxylate superplasticizer,fly ash and slag on the early strength and workability of concrete are analyzed. The experimental results show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.31,the early strength of concrete can be improved by adding 3.0% SBT-510 early strength agent and 1.5% CSP-12 polycarboxylate superplasticizer,under the condition of natural curing,the 12 h compressive strength of concrete can reach 36 MPa,and when curing under the condition of 11 ℃,the 12 h compressive strength of concrete can reach 15 MPa. The two-component compound admixtures with the content of fly ash and slag powder being 10% of the quality of cementitious materials can not only improve the early strength of concrete,but also improve the workability of concrete and reduce the quantity of cement.
