废弃牡蛎壳制备透水混凝土的试验研究

    摘要:针对废弃牡蛎壳利用率低的问题,使用2种不同粒径的牡蛎壳制备透水混凝土,进行透水性能和力学性能试验,研究牡蛎壳掺量对透水混凝土力学性能的影响规律,通过SEM分析其影响机理,筛选出最佳配合比。结果表明,透水混凝土的强度随牡蛎壳掺量的增加而降低。相比于1~5 mm牡蛎壳颗粒,1 mm以下的牡蛎壳粉更适宜制备透水混凝土,随着牡蛎壳掺量的增加,牡蛎壳与水泥石界限明显,结构愈加松散,这是牡蛎壳混凝土强度降低的主要原因。当牡蛎壳粉掺量为30%时,透水性能和力学性能符合CJJ/T 135—2009《透水水泥混凝土路面技术规程》要求,且能减少30%的水泥用量。

Experimental study on permeable concrete prepared from waste oyster shell

    Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of waste oyster shell,two different sizes of oyster shell were used to prepare permeable concrete,and the permeability and mechanical properties were tested. The influence laws of oyster shell content on mechanical properties of permeable concrete were studied. The influence mechanism was analyzed by SEM test,the best mix ratio was selected. The results show that the strength of permeable concrete decreases with the increase of oyster shell content,and the compressive strength of permeable concrete of oyster shell has a good correlation with the tensile strength. Oyster shell powder under 1 mm is more suitable for preparing permeable concrete than oyster shell particles of 1~5 mm. With the increase of oyster shell content,the boundary between oyster shell and cement stone is obvious and the structure becomes looser,which is the main reason for the strength reduction of oyster shell concrete. When the content of oyster shell powder is 30%,the water permeability and mechanical properties meet the requirements of CJJ/T 135—2009 Technical specification for permeable cement concrete pavement,and can reduce the amount of cement by 30%.
