硅灰-粉煤灰复合矿物掺合料对混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:利用硅灰和粉煤灰制备了复合矿物掺合料,研究了不同形态硅灰和复配比例对胶砂流变性能和活性指数的影响;采用复合掺合料等质量取代水泥,研究其对混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:硅灰复配比例超过40%时,流动度降低;而当复配比例为8∶2时,2种加密状态硅灰-粉煤灰复合掺合活性指数较高,且半加密硅灰活性指数高于全加密;复合掺合料可使混凝土扩展度增大、粘聚性改善、强度提高,但对长龄期强度贡献较小;对比火山灰效应强度贡献率发现,复合掺合料对混凝土早期和后期的火山灰效应强度贡献率较低,且使用半加密硅灰-粉煤灰掺合料对混凝土火山灰效应强度的贡献率更高。

Research on the influence of silica fume-fly ash composite mineral admixture on concrete performance

    Abstract:The effects of different forms of silica ash and compounding ratios on the rheological properties and activity index of rubber sand were studied,and the effects of equal amounts of composite admixtures on concrete work and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that when the silica ash compound ratio exceeds 40%,the flow rate decreases. When the compound ratio is 8∶2,the two encrypted states of silica fume-fly ash composite doping activity index is the highest,and the semi-encrypted silica ash activity index is higher than that of full encryption. The use of composite admixture can improve the strength performance of concrete while increasing the expandability and improving the adhesion of concrete,but it contributes less to the strength of the long-term age. Comparing the intensity contribution rate of the volcanic ash effect,it was found that the contribution rate of the composite admixture to the ash effect strength of the early and late concrete was low,and the contribution rate of the semi-encrypted silica ash-fly ash admixture to the strength of the concrete volcanic ash effect was higher.
