低分子质量聚羧酸减水剂的合成及其性能研究

    摘要:采用甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚(MAPEG)和甲基丙烯酸(MA)单体,通过催化链转移共聚法合成一种低分子质量聚羧酸减水剂。凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析表明,合成减水剂的相对分子质量低至7710,单体MAPEG的转化率达92.8%;吸附试验结果表明,该减水剂能在水泥颗粒表面长时间保持持续吸附;砂浆和混凝土试验结果表明,该减水剂能降低水泥基材料的表观黏度,同时具有长效保坍能力,能使中低坍落度混凝土的保坍时间不少于2 h。

Study of the synthesis and performance of low molecular weight polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:The polycarboxylate superplasticizer with low molecular weight was synthesized via catalytic chain transfer copolymerization of polyethylene glycol monomethyl methacrylate(MAPEG) and methacrylic acid(MA) in this paper. Gel permeation chro matograph(GPC) tests confirmed the molecular weight of the synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer was as low as 7710 and the conversion rate of MAPEG 92.8%. Then adsorption experiment found that the low molecular weight polycarboxylate superplasticizer could keep continuous adsorption onto the cement particles for a long time. Finally the mortar and concrete tests indicated the low molecular weight polycarboxylate superplasticizer had a viscosity-reducing capacity in cement based materials. Meanwhile it had a long fludity retention capactiy,could keep the low-middle slumps concrete stable for at least 2 h.
