改性纳米二氧化硅对水泥砂浆性能影响的研究

    摘要:纳米二氧化硅在水泥基复合材料中具有极大的潜力,但纳米颗粒在水泥基材料中的团聚问题限制了其发展。通过采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化硅进行改性,进而在其表面接枝异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG),合成一系列改性纳米二氧化硅。试验结果表明,经TPEG改性后的纳米二氧化硅在碱性环境中有着更高、更稳定的分散性。相比于纳米二氧化硅,改性纳米二氧化硅可以更好地调控水泥水化进程并提高砂浆的物理力学性能。

Effect of modified nano-silica on the performance of cement mortar

    Abstract:Nano-silica has great potential in cement-based composites,but the agglomeration of nano particles in cement-based materials limits its development. A series of modified nano-silica were synthesized by grafting isobutylene alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG) on to the surface of nano silica modified by silane coupling agent. The results show that the nano-silica modified by TPEG has better dispersibility and stability in an alkaline environment. In addition,compared with nano-silica,modified silica can make the cement hydration process controllable and improve the physical and mechanical properties of the mortar.
