非氯双梳型两性聚羧酸减水剂的合成与性能研究

    摘要:采用自制不含氯离子的羧酸类两性单体SKG及AA、ITA、不饱和聚醚HPEG进行水溶液聚合,制得非氯双梳型两性聚羧酸减水剂SPC,采用傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对SKG和SPC的结构进行了表征,并通过GPC分析、Zeta电位试验对SPC的分散机理进行了分析。水泥净浆和混凝土试验结果表明,在含泥量较高的情况下,SPC具有优异的分散性及分散保持性,同时能在一定程度上改善混凝土拌合物的和易性,抗泥保坍效果良好。

Synthesis and properties of non-chlorinated double-comb amphoteric polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent

    Abstract:Non-chloric double-comb amphoteric polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer SPC was prepared by the aqueous solution polymerization of SKG,AA,ITA and unsaturated polyether HPEG. The structures of SKG and SPC were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(NMR),and the dispersion mechanism of SPC was analyzed by GPC analysis and zeta potential test. The results of paste and concrete tests show that SPC has excellent dispersion and time-retention performance in the case of high mud content concrete test,and can improve the workability of concrete mixture to a certain extent,which has excellent anti-mud slump effect.
