引发体系对聚羧酸减水剂的合成及应用性能影响研究

    摘要:通过正交试验研究不同引发体系对不同类型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)合成转化率、分散性能及保持性能的影响,优选出适合不同聚醚单体合成PCE的引发体系。结果表明,以H2O2-E51-NaH2PO2为引发体系合成的TPEG/HPEG/EPEG型PCE分散性能较优,以H2O2-E51-ME为引发体系合成的HPEG/EPEG型PCE的分散保持性较优。不同引发体系合成的PCE对混凝土强度基本无影响,以E51为还原剂时合成的PCE和易性更优,链转移剂种类对合成PCE的分散性及和易性有明显影响。

Effect of initiator system on synthesis and application properties of PCE

    Abstract:By studying the effects of different initiator systems on the synthesis conversion,dispersion performance and retention properties of different types of PCE by orthogonal experiment,the initiator system suitable for the synthesis of PCE from different polyether monomers was optimized. The results showed that TPEG/HPEG/EPEG type PCE synthesized with H2O2-E51-NaH2PO2 as initiator had better dispersion performance,and HPEG/EPEG type PCE synthesized with H2O2-E51-ME as initiator had better dispersion retention. PCE synthesized by different initiator systems has no effect on concrete strength. PCE synthesized by E51 as reducing agent has better workability,and the type of chain transfer agent has obvious effect on the dispersibility and workability of synthesized PCE.
