水泥路面自修复微胶囊芯材的改性研究

    摘要:采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对微胶囊芯材水性聚氨酯(WPU)进行改性,通过正交试验,以固含量和吸水率作为改性水性聚氨酯的评价指标,确定芯材WPU的最佳改性条件为:m(MMA)∶m(WPU)=1.5∶1.0,反应时间4 h,反应温度70 ℃。采用界面聚合法制备微胶囊,试验结果表明,当芯材改性WPU用量为10%、乳化剂用量为1.2%时,所制备微胶囊的包覆率和抗渗透性能最佳。

Modification of self-healing microcapsule core material for cement pavement

    Abstract:The core waterborne polyurethane(WPU) is modified by methyl methacrylate(MMA). Taking the solid content and water absorption as evaluation indexes,the optimal modification conditions are determined by orthogonal test. The optimal modification conditions are as follows:the mass ratio of MMA to WPU is 1.5∶1.0,the reaction time is 4 h,and the reaction temperature is 70 ℃. Microcapsules are prepared by interfacial polymerization. The results show that when the content of waterborne polyurethane is 10% and emulsifier is 1.2%,the encapsulation rate and permeability of microcapsules are the best.
