不同温度条件下矿渣水泥的水化反应机理研究

    摘要:为研究不同养护温度对矿渣水泥的水化反应的影响,设置20、40、60、90 ℃四个不同养护温度;并采用超声波检测仪监测水泥初期硬化过程,利用等温量热仪对样品的水化热进行分析测试,并结合微观测试分析对不同温度条件下矿渣水泥的水化反应机理进行系统的分析。结果表明,随着养护温度的升高,矿渣水泥的硬化时间会随之缩短。随着养护温度的升高,矿渣水泥的水化放热量增大,水化程度提高。但相对于高温,低温情况下矿渣水泥水化热放热速率变慢的均更明显,且放热峰值也推迟出现。养护温度的改变对水化产物种类并没有改变,只对Ca(OH)2和钙钒石的生成总量有影响。温度越高,Ca(OH)2的总量越少,钙钒石的总量越多。当养护温度为40 ℃时,矿渣已经被水化产物完全覆盖,矿渣表面的凝胶变为针状。

Study on hydration mechanism of slag cement at different temperatures

    Abstract:To study the effect of different curing temperatures on the hydration reaction of slag cement,four different curing temperatures of 20,40,60 and 90 ℃ were set in this study. The initial hardening of cement was detected by ultrasonic detector,the hydration heat of samples was analyzed and tested by isothermal calorimeter,and the hydration reaction mechanism of slag cement at different temperatures has been systematically analyzed combined with micro test analysis. The results show that the hardening time of slag cement will decrease with the increase of temperature. With the increase of curing temperature,the hydration heat release of slag cement is also greater,and the hydration degree is also greater. However,compared with high temperature,the slow rate of hydration heat release of slag cement at low temperature is more obvious,and the peak value of heat release is also delayed. The change of curing temperature does not change the type of hydration products,but only affects the total amount of Ca(OH)2 and calcium vanadium stone. The higher the temperature,the less the total amount of Ca(OH)2 and the more the total amount of vanadate. When the curing temperature is 40 ℃,the slag has been completely covered by hydration products,and the gel on the slag surface becomes needle like.
