水泥基面层自流平砂浆的尺寸变化测试及性能研究

    摘要:现行的水泥基自流平砂浆相关行业标准均以24 h龄期为初始尺寸评价砂浆的收缩率,然而水泥基面层自流平砂浆24 h龄期前的早期尺寸变化的测试对研究水泥基面层自流平砂浆的性能具有很高的实用价值。采用新型尺寸变化测试装置,研究不同硬石膏和缓凝剂掺量对水泥基面层自流平砂浆物理力学性能和水化过程尺寸的变化。研究表明,硬石膏掺量对面层自流平砂浆流动度的影响较小,硬石膏掺量对面层自流平砂浆24 h强度的影响大于对28 d强度的影响,硬石膏掺量影响面层自流平砂浆早期钙矾石的形成,对6 h之前的尺寸变化影响尤为显著。缓凝剂掺量的增加使得面层自流平砂浆的24 h强度降低、28 d强度提高,同时改善了钙矾石的形成时间,从而影响面层自流平砂浆的早期尺寸变化。

Dimensional change test and performance study of self-leveling mortar for cement-based surface

    Abstract:The current industry standards related to cement-based self-leveling mortar all evaluate the shrinkage rate of mortar with 24-h age as the initial size. However,the test of the early size change of cement-based surface self-leveling mortar before 24-h age has high practical value for studying the performance of cement-based surface self-leveling mortar. In this paper,a new type of dimensional change test device is used to study the changes of the physical and mechanical properties of self-leveling mortar of cement base surface layer and the size of the hydration process with different amounts of anhydrite and retarder. The research shows that the amount of anhydrite has little effect on the fluidity of the surface self-leveling mortar,and the effect of anhydrite on the 24 h strength of the surface self-leveling mortar is greater than that on the 28 d strength. The amount of anhydrite affects the formation of early ettringite of the surface layer self-leveling mortar,and has a particularly significant effect on the size change before 6 h. With the increase of retarder content,the strength of surface self-leveling mortar decreases at 24 h and increases at 28 d,and at the same time improves the formation time of ettringite,which affects the early dimensional change of surface self-leveling mortar.
