隔声垫楼板构造对撞击声隔声性能的影响

    摘要:通过COMSOL Multiphysics 5.5计算软件模拟及现场测试的方法,全面分析楼板撞击声隔声的薄弱环节和不同频段下的隔声性能。研究结果表明,在钢筋混凝土楼板上铺设细石混凝土、水泥砂浆和瓷砖,对撞击声隔声性能的改善作用并不明显;铺设具有柔韧性和阻尼特性的隔声垫,可明显减弱大于250 Hz噪声频率下的振动声能,从而使楼板的计权标准化撞击声压级降低12 dB;在隔声垫楼板的设计和施工时,阻断楼板与墙、梁、柱之间的声桥,可进一步提高楼板对1250~3150 Hz频段噪声的隔绝能力,使楼板的撞击声隔声性能符合GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》三星级(≤65 dB)的要求。

Influence of the construction of sound absorbent pad floor on the performance of impact sound insulation

    Abstract:A comprehensive analysis of the weak links of the floor collision insulation and the performance of the sound insulation in different frequency bands were studied by COMSOL Multiphysics 5.5 computing software simulation and field testing methods in this paper. Research results showed that the effect of adding fine stone concrete,cement mortar and ceramic tiles to reinforced concrete floor was not obvious,but by laying a sound absorbent pads with flexible and damping cushion,the vibration acoustic energy can be attenuated obviously under the noise frequency of more than 250 Hz,so that the weighted standardized impact sound pressure level of floor can be reduced by 12 dB;In the design and construction of sound absorbent floor pad,blocking the sound bridge between floor slab and wall,beam and column can further improve the isolation ability of floor slab to 1250~3150 Hz frequency band noise,so that the impact insulation performance of the floor can meet the three star standard of green residential buildings(≤65 dB)as per standard GB/T 50378—2019 “Assessment standard for green building”.
