外墙保温薄层原位修缮加固系统材料性能研究

    摘要:与外墙保温置换修复技术相比,薄层原位修复技术无需或极少铲除保温层,几乎不改变原墙面的保温效果、建筑外观及尺寸。介绍了外墙保温薄层原位修复加固系统基本构造,以及固定销、注浆胶、改性聚合物注浆料的技术性能,并对系耐候性进行了研究。采用外墙保温薄层原位修复加固技术后,由于修缮复合层使用寿命是一般涂料寿命的3~5倍,不锈钢固定销寿命理论上和主体结构同寿命,采用高抗拉强度、高抗渗的复合层与高抗拉承载力的固定销组成的加固系统,修缮部位安全可靠,使用寿命长。

Study on material performance of thin-layer in-situ repair and reinforcement system for external wall thermal insulation

    Abstract:Compared with the external wall thermal insulation replacement repair technology,the thin layer in-situ repair technology does not need or rarely remove the thermal insulation layer,and almost does not change the thermal insulation effect of the original wall,the appearance and size of the building. This paper introduces the basic structure of the in-situ repair and reinforcement system of external wall thermal insulation thin layer,and the technical properties of fixed pin,grouting glue and modified polymer grouting material,and studies the weatherability of the system. After the external wall thermal insulation thin layer in-situ repair and reinforcement technology is adopted,as the service life of the repair composite layer is 3~5 times that of the general coating,and the service life of the stainless steel fixed pin is theoretically the same as that of the main structure,when the reinforcement system is composed of the composite layer with high tensile strength,high impermeability and the fixed pin with high tensile bearing capacity, the repair part is safe and reliable,and the service life is long.
