钼尾矿及钼矿废石制备保温真石漆的试验研究

    摘要:钼尾矿和钼矿废石的大量堆积不仅占用土地,同时对土壤、水和大气产生持续污染。研究以钼矿废石机制砂和钼尾矿为原料制得粗细骨料,再辅以其它填料和助剂研制保温真石漆。通过单因素和正交试验优化确定了真石漆组分的最佳配比和制备工艺,对涂层性能进行测试,涂层的导热系数为0.0597 W/(m·K),粘结强度为731.92 kPa,涂层结构均匀致密,整体性能优良。

Experimental study on preparation of thermal insulation real stone paint using molybdenum tailings and molybdenum ore waste rock

    Abstract:The massive accumulation of molybdenum tailings and molybdenum waste rock not only occupies a large area of land,but also is the main and continuous pollution source of soil,water and atmosphere in the mining area. In this study,the coarse and fine aggregates were obtained from machine-made sand of molybdenum ore waste rock and molybdenum tailings,supplemented by other fillers and additives to develop thermal insulation real stone paint. The optimum ratio of real stone paint composition and preparation process was determined by single factor and orthogonal test. The test results showed that the coating had low thermal conductivity [0.0597 W/(m·K)],high bond strength(731.92 kPa),uniform coating structure and excellent overall performance.
