聚羧酸减水剂复配工艺对自密实清水混凝土表观质量影响研究

    摘要:针对自密实清水混凝土在制备过程中因受原材料、配合比和施工工艺等因素影响出现的表面气泡、色差及蜂窝麻面等表面缺陷问题,将聚羧酸减水剂与不同比例的消泡剂和引气剂进行复配,制备了12组自密实清水混凝土,并开展聚羧酸减水剂引气方式对比试验和表观质量检测。结果表明:采用“先消后引”的引气方式能先将混凝土中劣质气泡消除,再引入直径较小、均匀分布的气泡,使混凝土的气泡质量达到最佳状态,从而提高混凝土的表观质量;当消泡剂掺量为0.05%、引气剂掺量为0.01%时,混凝土表面的孔径分布和大小均为最佳状态。

Effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer compounding process on apparent quality of self-compacting fair-faced concrete

    Abstract:In view of the surface defects such as surface bubbles,color difference and honeycomb hemp due to the influence of raw materials,mix ratio and construction technology in the preparation of self-compacting fair-faced concrete,12 groups of self-compacting fair-faced concrete were prepared by compounding polycarboxylate superplasticizer with defoamer and air-entraining agent in different proportions,and the air entraining mode contrast test and apparent quality test of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were carried out. The test results show that the air entraining method of "first eliminating and then introducing" can first eliminate the inferior air bubbles in the concrete,and then introduce the air bubbles with small diameter and uniform distribution,so as to make the air bubble quality of concrete reach the best state and improve the apparent quality of concrete. When the content of defoamer is 0.05% and that of air entraining agent is 0.01%,the pore size distribution and size of concrete surface are the best.
