响应面法优化再生骨料混凝土配合比参数研究

    摘要:为研究再生骨料混凝土配合比设计参数,采用响应面Box-behnken试验设计法开展了水泥用量、再生粗骨料取代率和附加用水量3个自变量对混凝土坍落度、抗压和抗折强度的影响研究。结果表明:再生骨料混凝土的坍落度随着再生骨料取代率的增大,先略有增大后持续减小;随着水泥用量的增加,略有增大,但是增幅较小;随着附加用水量的增加,显著增大。再生骨料混凝土的抗压和抗折强度变化规律相近,即随着在再生骨料取代率的增大,先略有提高后迅速降低;随着附加用水量的增加,呈先提高后降低的趋势,提高和降低的幅度相近;随着水泥用量的增加,缓慢提高。

Study on optimization of mix proportion parameters of recycled aggregate concrete by response surface method

    Abstract:In order to study the mix proportion design parameters of recycled aggregate concrete,the response surface Box-behnken test design method is used to study the effects of three independent variables:cement dosage,mass proportion of recycled coarse aggregate to coarse aggregate and additional water consumption on concrete slump,compressive strength and flexural strength. The results show that the slump of recycled aggregate concrete increases with the replacement rate of recycled aggregate. It increased slightly at first and then decreased continuously. With the increase of cement dosage,it increases slightly,but the increase range is small. With the increase of additional water consumption,the increase is significant. The compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled aggregate concrete are similar,that is,with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,it first increases slightly and then decreases rapidly. With the increase of additional water consumption,it shows the trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the increasing and decreasing ranges are similar. With the increase of cement dosage,it increases slowly.
