高低温交变环境对混凝土性能影响研究

    摘要:针对西藏地区昼夜温差和湿度变化大的特点,研究了0~40 ℃高低温交变环境下混凝土性能的变化。结果表明:高低温交变环境会显著降低混凝土的力学性能,混凝土强度等级越低,降幅越大;高低温交变环境下会显著降低胶凝材料在后期的水化程度,严重影响了硅灰的反应活性;混凝土早期暴露于高低温交变环境中会导致后期强度显著降低,且随着早期暴露时间越长,强度降低越明显;高低温交变环境会极大降低混凝土的抗碳化及抗氯离子渗透性能,不利于混凝土结构的耐久性。针对高低温交变环境的混凝土结构,应及时加强早期养护。

Study on the influence of high and low temperature alternating environment on the performance of concrete

    Abstract:In view of the large difference in temperature and humidity between day and night in Tibet,the change of concrete performance under the alternating environment of 0~40 ℃ is studied. The results show that the high and low temperature alternating environment will significantly reduce the mechanical properties of concrete. The lower the concrete strength level,the more obvious the degree of reduction will be. The high and low temperature alternating environment will significantly reduce the hydration degree of the cementitious material in the later stage,which is not conducive to the admixtures that mainly produce hydration reaction in the later stage,seriously affected the reactivity of silica fume. The early exposure of concrete to the high and low temperature alternating environment will cause the later strength to be significantly reduced,and the longer the early exposure time,the more obvious the strength reduction. The high and low temperature alternating environment will greatly reduce the anti-carbonization performance of the concrete and the anti-chloride ion penetration performance,which is not conducive to the durability of the concrete structure. Therefore,for the concrete structure in the high and low temperature alternating environment,early curing should be strengthened in time.
