新型无碱液体速凝剂的研制

摘要：为解决当前无碱速凝剂普遍存在的稳定性差、强度偏低、与水泥相容性问题突出等问题，采用丙烯酰铵（AM）、过硫酸铵（APS）、丙烯酸（AA）、巯基乙酸（TGA）和酒石酸氢钾（KHT）反应制得悬浮稳定剂（Point-XF）；采用乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）、三乙醇胺（TEOA）、对甲苯磺酸（PTSA）和苯二酚（HQ）反应制得络合增强剂（Point-ZQ）；再通过正交试验确定Point-XF、Point-ZQ、硫酸铝[Al2（SO4）3]、羟甲基纤维素（HMC）和乙二酸的最佳用量，制得一种新型无碱液体速凝剂（Point-SN3）。试验结果表明，Point-SN3不仅能有效促进水泥水化，缩短凝结时间及提高早期强度，而且还具有较高的稳定性，对不同水泥具有良好的适应性。

Preparation of a novel alkali free liquid accelerator

Abstract：In order to solve the problems of poor stability，low strength，prominent compatibility with cement and so on，a suspension stabilizer（Point-XF） was prepared by using ammonium acrylamide（AM），ammonium persulfate（APS），acrylic acid（AA），thioglycolic acid（TGA） and potassium hydrogen tartrate（KHT） under certain reaction conditions. Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid （EDTA），triethanolamine（TEOA），p-toluenesulfonic acid（PTSA） and hydroquinone（HQ） were used to prepare a complexation enhancer （Point-ZQ） under certain reaction conditions. Then，Point-XF，Point-ZQ，aluminumsulfate[Al2（SO4）3]，hydroxymethyl cellulose（HMC）and oxalic acid were used to prepare an alkali free liquid accelerator（Point-SN3） by the best process determined by orthogonal test. The test results show that Point-SN3 can not only effectively promote cement hydration，shorten setting time and improve early strength，but also has high stability and good adaptability with a variety of cements.
