某工程钢结构框架防腐、防火涂料脱落原因分析

摘要：对某主体为钢结构框架的建筑在建项目施工过程中出现部分钢结构防腐涂料、防火涂料涂层发生大面积脱落涉及到的防火、防腐涂料进行性能测试，并结合现场调研进行分析。结果表明，涂料的附着力大小、涂料品种的选择以及施工时基材的处理，对钢结构防火、防腐涂层的质量控制有较大影响。该工程案例可为钢结构防腐、防火涂料在钢构件表面的施工和维护提供经验和参考。

Analysis on the peeling cause of anticorrosive and fireproof coatings of a steel structure project

Abstract：The performance test shall be conducted for the fire-proof and anti-corrosion coatings involved in the large-area falling off of some steel structure anti-corrosion coatings and fire-proof coatings during construction of a building under construction whose main body is steel structure frame，and analysis should be carried out in combination with the on-site investigation. The results show that the coating adhesion，the choice of coatings and the treatment of the substrate during construction have an obvious effect on the quality control of the fireproof and anti-corrosion coating of the steel structure. The engineering case can provide experience and reference for the construction and maintenance of anticorrosive and fireproof coating on the surface of the steel structures.
