多维激发对富硅铁尾矿活化的耦合效应研究

    摘要:采用机械力-热-化学激发和机械力-微波-化学激发的多维激发方式活化铁尾矿,并测试其28 d活性指数。通过XRD对不同激发方式下铁尾矿与铁尾矿-水泥体系28 d硬化体进行了对比分析,并通过SEM观测28 d硬化体微观结构中的铁尾矿形貌。结果表明,热活化与微波活化有效加剧了颗粒细化、表面糙化后铁尾矿内部稳定态结构的破坏,而Na2SiO3促进了铁尾矿中活性物质向液相中迁移。机械力-微波-化学多维激发在温度低于热活化的条件下,对铁尾矿中活性物质稳态结构转化率更高,铁尾矿-水泥体系水化产物晶化倾向更弱,结构更致密。铁尾矿颗粒粉磨至比表面积450 m2/kg,经过30 min微波活化,Na2SiO3掺量为0.5%时,其28 d活性指数可达90.87%。

Study on the coupling effect of multi-dimensional excitation on the activation of silicon-rich iron tailings

    Abstract:The multi-dimensional excitation methods of mechanical force-thermal-chemical excitation and mechanical force-microwave-chemical excitation were used to activiate the iron tailings,and its 28 d activity index was tested. The iron tailings and iron tailings-cement system of 28 d hardened bodies under different excitation were analyzed through XRD patterns,and the morphology of iron tailings in the 28 d hardened body of the iron tailings-cement system under different excitation methods was observed by SEM. The research results showed that the internal stable structure of iron tailings after surface roughening was destroyed and the particle refinement was effectively intensified by thermal activation and microwave activation. However,the migration of active SiO2 and Al2O3 in the iron tailings into the liquid phase was promoted by Na2SiO3. The steady-state structure of the active material in the iron tailings was converted to a higher rate,the crystallization tendency of iron tailings-cement system hydration product was weak and the structure was denser,when the conditions of mechanical force-microwave-chemical multi-dimensional excitation at a temperature lower than thermal activation. The 28 d activity index were reached 90.87%,when the iron tailings particles were ground to a specific surface area of 450 m2/kg,after 30 min microwave activation,with the Na2SiO3 content of 0.5%.
