复合固化剂固化河道淤泥力学性能研究及微观分析

    摘要:以贵州遵义虾子河河道淤泥为研究对象,研究水泥-粉煤灰、水泥-高炉矿粉固化对淤泥力学性能的影响,并分析其微观机理。结果表明:2种复合固化剂均可提高淤泥的无侧限抗压强度,随龄期延长及固化剂掺量的增加也会使得试样的无侧限抗压强度提高,采用30%高炉矿粉+15%水泥复合固化剂时,固化淤泥的28 d无侧限抗压强度达到2435.7 kPa。粉煤灰和高炉矿粉的加入,使得水泥固化淤泥的水稳定性得到了改善,强度明显提高。

Study on mechanical properties and micro analysis of river silt solidified by composite curing agent

    Abstract:Taking the river sludge of Xiazi River in Zunyi,Guizhou Province as the research object,the paper mainly studies the influence of the composite curing agent,cement-fly ash(CFA) and cement-blast furnace slag(CBFS) on the mechanical properties of river sludge and its internal micro mechanism. The results show that the two kinds of composite curing agents can improve the unconfined compressive strength of the sludge. With the extension of age and the increase of the content of curing agent,the unconfined compressive strength of the sample will also increase. When using 30% blast furnace mineral powder+15% cement composite curing agent,the unconfined compressive strength of the solidified sludge in 28 days can reach 2435.7 kPa. The addition of fly ash and blast furnace mineral powder improves the water stability and strength of cement solidified sludge.
