石膏基自流平材料的性能研究

    摘要:以脱硫石膏和氟石膏为基本,通过加入矿渣、水泥、激发剂、减水剂、保水剂、乳胶粉和消泡剂等进行复合改性,配制成石膏基自流平材料,其绝干抗折和抗压强度分别达到6.8 MPa和30.6 MPa,软化系数为0.85,所测性能指标均优于JC/T 985—2017《地面用水泥基自流平砂浆》和JC/T 1023—2021《石膏基自流平砂浆》的要求。采用XRD和ESEM分析方法研究了石膏基自流平材料的高强、耐水机理。结果表明,该自流平材料综合性能优良;以二水石膏与钙矾石为结构骨架,水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶为粘结剂的致密结构决定了材料的高强、耐水的性能;有利于脱硫石膏和氟石膏的资源化利用。

Study on properties of gypsum-based self-leveling material

    Abstract:A gypsum-based self-leveling material was prepared by utilizing FGD gypsum and fluorgypsum as basic material and adding slag,cement,activator,water-reducing agent,water-retaining agent,emulsion powder and defoamer to be modified. The dry breaking strength and compressive strength of the self-leveling material are 6.8 MPa and 30.6 MPa respectively,and the softening coefficient is 0.85,the measured performance indexes are better than the requirements of JC/T 985—2017"Cementitious self-leveling compound for floor" and JC/T 1023—2021"Gypsum based self-leveling compound for floor". The article researches the mechanism of high strength and water resistance of gypsum-based self-leveling material by using the XRD and ESEM analytical methods. The results show that the self-leveling material has excellent comprehensive properties. The structural framework of dihydrate gypsum and ettringite and the compact structure of using C-S-H gel as binder determine the high strength and water resistance. It is beneficial to the resource utilization of desulphurized gypsum and fluorinated gypsum.
