高钛矿渣轻骨料空心砌块试制及性能

    摘要:利用高钛矿渣轻骨料与普通硅酸盐水泥制备了空心砌块用轻骨料砂浆,研究了水泥、水灰比等对砂浆性能的影响,并在工厂进行了空心砌块试生产。研究与生产表明:0.7的水灰比与10%~18%的水泥掺量可以制备性能较优的轻骨料砂浆,用于干密度1083~1197 kg/m3、抗压强度4.7~7.5 MPa的高钛矿渣轻骨料空心砌块的生产;同时,高钛矿渣的微活性有利于高钛矿渣轻骨料与水泥浆体间界面过渡区改善。

Production and performance of hollow blocks based on titanium-bearing blast furnace slag lightweight aggregate

    Abstract:Lightweight aggregate mortar was prepared by using titanium-bearing blast furnace slag as a lightweight aggregate and ordinary Portland cement as binder. The effect of cement content and water to cement ratio on the properties of mortar for hollow blocks was studied,and trial production of hollow blocks based on these mortars were carried out in the factory. The research and production results indicated that lightweight aggregate mortar with good performance could be obtained with a water to cement ratio of 0.7 and cement content of 10% to 18%. Hollow blocks with compressive strength of 4.7~7.5 MPa and dry density of 1083~1197 kg/m3 could be obtained. Moreover,slight pozzolanic reactivity of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag had a significant effect on the improvement of the interfacial transition zone between aggregate and paste.
