基于PFC2D软件陶粒混凝土抗压强度分析

    摘要:针对陶粒混凝土的强度特点,骨料强度低于水泥砂浆强度导致的破坏形态,应力分布的变化。基于陶粒的筒压强度测试,通过PFC2D软件获得了陶粒的基本力学参数,在此基础上使用PFC2D对陶粒混凝土进行了抗压试验模拟。分析应力云图、裂缝变化以及强度曲线发现,在陶粒混凝土抗压试验模拟中,应力会从中间向两边传递,优先集中在粒径较大的骨料周边。总结了3种抗压结构:单独存在骨料、有一定间距的骨料团、距离较近的骨料团,结果发现,骨料间距为0~5 mm时承载效果较好。通过应力-应变曲线发现,当骨料粒径跨度较小且粒径较小时,整体承载能力较好。

Compressive strength analysis of ceramsite concrete based on PFC2D

    Abstract:In view of the strength characteristics of ceramsite concrete,the failure mode and the change of stress distribution caused by the aggregate strength being lower than the strength of cement mortar. The basic mechanical parameters of ceramsite were obtained through PFC2D based on the cylinder compressive strength test of ceramsite. On this basis,the compressive test simulation of ceramsite concrete was carried out using PFC2D. It is found through analysis of stress cloud,fracture variation and strength curve that in the compressive simulation of ceramsite concrete,the stress will transfer from the middle to both sides,and the stress is preferentially concentrated around the aggregate with larger particle size. Three kinds of compressive structures were summarized:the aggregate existing alone,the aggregate group with a certain distance and the aggregate group with a short distance respectively. The results showed that when the aggregate had a distance of 0~5 mm,it had better bearing effect. Through the stress-strain curve,it is found that when the aggregate particle size span is small and the particle size is small,the overall bearing capacity is better.
