炼钢厂脱硫渣材性分析及在铜尾矿蒸压加气混凝土砌块中的利用研究

    摘要:某炼钢企业对烟气进行脱硫处理时产生脱硫灰和脱硫尾泥2种脱硫渣,其中脱硫灰含有92.4%二水石膏和7.6%方解石,脱硫尾泥中含43.2%半水亚硫酸钙和56.8%方解石。试验研究表明,脱硫灰、脱硫尾泥对水泥净浆具有明显的缓凝作用,将脱硫渣取代电厂脱硫石膏、磷石膏用作生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块的调节材料具有技术可行性。脱硫尾泥、脱硫灰两者掺量在5%~8%时,蒸压加气混凝土料浆发气效果较好,凝结硬化时间正常,得出了利用脱硫尾泥、脱硫灰制备铜尾矿蒸压加气混凝土砌块的最佳配合比,制备出了符合GB/T 11968—2020《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》要求的A3.5、B06级合格砌块。

Material property analysis of desulfurization slag in steelmaking plant and research on resource utilization in copper tailings autoclaved aeration concrete blocks

    Abstract:A steelmaking enterprise will produce two kinds of desulfurization slag,desulfurization ash and desulfurization tailing sludge,in the process of flue gas desulfurization. The desulfurization ash contains 92.4% gypsum and 7.6% calcite,and the desulfurization tailing contains 43.2% calcium sulfite hemihydrate and 56.8% calcite. The comparative test study shows that desulfurization ash and desulfurization tailings have obvious retardation effect on cement paste. It is technically feasible to replace the desulfurized gypsum and phosphogypsum of the power plant with the desulfurized slag as the adjustment material for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. When the content of desulfurization tailings anddesulfurization ash are between 5% and 8%,the gas generation effect of the autoclaved aerated concrete slurry is better,and the setting and hardening time is normal. According to the best mix ratio of the blocks,A3.5、B06 qualified blocks that meet the requirements of standard GB/T 11968—2020 "Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks" standard are prepared.
