钢渣-矿渣加气混凝土导热系数的实验研究

    摘要:通过单因素控制法分析了养护时间、钢渣与矿渣比例、含水率、铝粉掺量对钢渣-矿渣加气混凝土导热系数的影响。研究表明:养护时间对钢渣-矿渣加气混凝土导热系数影响较小;随着钢渣掺量增加,加气混凝土导热系数逐渐增大;随着含水率的增加,加气混凝土导热系数逐渐增大且满足线性关系;随着铝粉掺量的增加,加气混凝土导热系数逐渐减小。4个因素对钢渣-矿渣加气混凝土导热系数的影响顺序为含水率>铝粉掺量>钢渣与矿渣比例>养护时间。

Experimental research on the thermal conductivity of steel slag-slag aerated concrete

    Abstract:The influences of curing time,steel slag-slag ratio,water content and aluminum powder content on thermal conductivity of steel slag-slag aerated concrete were analyzed by single factor control method. The research shows that curing time has little effect on the thermal conductivity of steel slag-slag aerated concrete;with the increase of steel slag content,the thermal conductivity of steel slag-slag aerated concrete increases gradually;with the increase of water content,the thermal conductivity of steel slag-slag aerated concrete increasesgradually and meets the linear relationship. The thermal conductivity of steel slag-slag aerated concrete gradually decreases with the increase of aluminum powder content. The order of the influence degree of four orthogonal factors on the thermal conductivity of steel slag-slag aerated concrete is:moisture content>aluminum powder content>steel slag-slag ratio>curing age.
