基于波导法的聚氨酯注浆材料介电特性试验研究

    摘要:利用聚氨酯材料制备不同密度的高聚物试件,采用矢量网络分析仪的矩形波导法测试高聚物注浆材料的复介电常数,并分析高聚物注浆材料介电特性。研究表明:高聚物注浆材料的介电常数较小、介质损耗低;在1.72~2.61 GHz频率范围内,随密度的增大介电常数实部、虚部均增大,而突变点频率减小。当试件长度等于波导长度、试件放置的位置与波导腔贴合紧密、试件居中放置时,均可减小厚度谐振的峰值。用改进算法计算出部分谐振点附近数据,验证可以消除厚度谐振;该研究成果为电磁波无损检测注浆质量和效果提供参考。

Measurement of dielectric properties of polyurethane grouting material based on wave-guide method

    Abstract:The polymer specimens with different densities were prepared using polyurethane materials,and the rectangular waveguide method of vector network analyzer was used to measure the complex permittivity of polymer grouting materials,and analyze its dielectric properties. Studies have shown that the dielectric constant of polymer grouting materials is small and the dielectric loss is low;in the frequency range of 1.72~2.61 GHz,the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant increase with the increase of density,While the frequency of mutation point decreases. When the length of the specimen is equal to the length of the waveguide,the position of the specimen is close to the waveguide cavity,and the specimen is placed in the middle,the peak value of thickness resonance can be reduced. Using the improved algorithm to calculate the data near some resonance points,it is verified that the thickness resonance can be eliminated. The research results provide a reference for the evaluation of grouting quality and effect of electromagnetic wave nondestructive testing.
