预应变对装配式建筑用密封胶粘弹性的影响

    摘要:为了研究装配式建筑用密封胶的抗位移形变能力,使用应力松弛法测试密封胶表观弹性模量随时间的变化,分析在不同预应变m和不同松驰应变水平x下弹性密封胶的非线性粘弹特性。结果表明,当x<m时,密封胶弹性模量与时间呈幂函数关系,指数n与x的变化无关;对于同一个m值,应力松弛阶段100 s时的弹性模量E100与1/(1+x)呈线性关系,且对不同的m值,曲线的斜率相似;当x>m时,密封胶的形变行为更加复杂,指数n与x相关,且E100与1/(1+x)在较高的应变水平下偏离线性。

Influence of pre-strain on viscoelasticity of the sealant for prefabricated buildings

    Abstract:In order to study the anti-displacement deformation ability of the sealant for prefabricated buildings,the stress relaxation method was used to measure the apparent elastic modulus of the sealant as a function of time,and the nonlinear viscosity of the elastic sealant under different prestrain m and different strain levels x was analyzed. The results show that when x<m,the elastic modulus of the sealant has a power function relationship with time. The power exponent n has nothing to do with the change of x;for the same m, the elastic modulus E100 when the stress relaxes for 100 s is related to 1/(1+x) is linear and the slopes of the curves are similar for different values of m. When x>m,the deformation behavior of the sealant is more complex,the power exponent n is related to x,and E100 and 1/(1+x) deviate from linearity at higher strain levels.
