T/CECS 732—2020《铅锌、铁尾矿微粉在混凝土中应用技术规程》标准解读

摘要：中国工程建设标准化协会标准T/CECS 732—2020《铅锌、铁尾矿微粉在混凝土中应用技术规程》已经发布，自2021年1月1日起实施。为便于理解标准条款的具体含义，正确贯彻实施标准的具体要求和规定，介绍了该规程的编制背景和意义，对规程的总则、术语、基本规定、铅锌、铁尾矿微粉技术指标、混凝土配合比和性能等主要章节条款进行了解释和说明，重点对铅锌、铁尾矿微粉的比表面积、需水量比、亚甲蓝值、活性指数、三氧化硫含量、氯离子含量、浸出重金属含量限值等主要技术指标确定的依据及成熟度作了阐述，以利于标准实施。

Abstract：The Standard "Technical specification for application of lead-zinc or iron tailings micro-powder in concrete" of China Engineering Construction Association has been issued and implemented since January 1，2021. In order to understand the specific meaning of the standard terms and correctly implement the specific requirements and provisions of the standard，this paper introduces the preparation background and significance of the specification，explains the general provisions，terms，basic provisions，technical indicators of lead-zinc and iron tailings micro-powder，concrete performance，mix proportion and other main chapter terms of the specification，the determination basis and maturity of the main technical indicators such as the specific surface area，water demand ratio，methylene blue value，activity index，sulfur trioxide content，chloride ion content and leaching heavy metal content limit of the lead-zinc and iron tailings micro-powder are mainly described，so as to help readers understand and implement the standard.
